PAYMENT / ORDERING INFORMATION

Schools and Military:
Military or school VISA or Master cards are accepted. If a credit card will not be used, please send or fax an authorized purchase order. Orders not including some form of payment or appropriate purchase order will not be filled. Washington residents, please include appropriate state sales tax. Please add shipping and handling charges to your order (see below).
Individuals:
For the quickest service, call in or fax in your order. Include all up-to-date information on your credit card, and please include your expiration date. If you are not using a credit card, please include a certified check or money order (exceptions with permission only). Please add shipping and handling charges to your order (see below).
Music Stores, Distributors:
We provide appropriate discount levels dependent on status (Daily Orders,New Issue dealer, Stock Order dealer). There are now well over 400 dealers worldwide who handle Sierra Music product. All orders, domestic or foreign will be billed according to the actual shipping costs, plus a $3.00 handling fee. Shipments will go AIRMAIL (international) or UPS (domestic) unless otherwise specified. Payment will be made with a credit card on file unless you are an established, long-term customer.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

USA: All shipments will be by UPS. If only ordering one item, please add $8.50 to the cost of that one item. Please add $4.00 per item for every item after the first one (Up to a maximum of $45.00). We can also speed up your shipment by using UPS NEXT DAY, 2 DAY or 3 DAY. Of course, there will be an extra charge (dependent on size/weight of order and ship-to address).

International & Foreign: All foreign orders will be billed according to the actual shipping costs,
plus a $3.00 handling fee. Shipments will go AIRMAIL unless otherwise specified.
